KABE is a handmade origami wall sconce designed and crafted in Paris. Each piece is individually folded from FSC-certified paper made in France, then assembled by hand in the Tedzukuri Atelier studio. No two pieces are identical — the subtle variations in the folds are part of what makes each lamp its own object.
The form takes its inspiration from origami geometry: angular, precise, and light. When lit, the paper diffuses the light softly and evenly, casting a warm, atmospheric glow rather than a direct beam. The effect is calm and enveloping — the kind of light that changes the feeling of a room rather than simply illuminating it.
KABE works as a single accent piece on a bedside table wall or reading nook, and equally well repeated in pairs down a hallway or corridor. Its minimal silhouette sits naturally in Japandi, Scandinavian, and contemporary interiors.
